Pastor Jacqueline L. Stewart & Senior Pastor Richard D. Stewart

Pastors Richard and Jacqueline Stewart have been in full time ministry for eighteen years. They both graduated from Crenshaw Christian Center’s Ministry Training Institute in 1995. They minister as volunteers with New Life For Old Prison Ministry. They have been married for fifty one years and are the parents of three children and grandparents to nine grandchildren. Both were ordained as pastors in 1995 and 1996 respectively under the discipleship of Anthony Page, Senior Pastor of World Overcomers Faith Center. Pastor Richard's spiritual father is Dr. Phillip Goudeaux, founder of Fellowship Covenant Ministries, International (FCMI) and Pastor of Calvary Christian Center, in Sacramento, CA.

New Creation Fellowship was established in 1997 from a home bible study. The congregation remains small in number but continues to mature spiritually. All of the eight assistant pastors minister either on public access television, radio, church, home bible studies, jails, convalescent centers and the world wide web.

Richard Stewart, Senior Pastor has been called to win the lost, consolidate the saved and to prepare the faithful with the word of God so that they will be equipped to go into all the world and teach others to fulfill God’s purpose for their lives in their generation while teaching teacher to teach teacher to teach.
