Part I – Salvation In Christ Jesus – The Begining and The End

Gods’ plan for your life is for you to be a success in every area of life. His greatest desire for your life is for you to prosper and be in health. He has drawn a road map for your journey through life that will ensure that you live the good life.

3Jn 1:3 For I rejoiced greatly, when the brethren came and testified of the truth that is in thee, even as thou walkest in the truth. KJV

Eph 2:10 For we are God’s [own] handiwork (His workmanship), recreated in Christ Jesus, [born anew] that we may do those good works which God predestined (planned beforehand) for us [taking paths which He prepared ahead of time], that we should walk in them [living the good life which He prearranged and made ready for us to live]. AMP

Lets start by saying that there is no success outside of “Salvation In Christ Jesus”. Jesus ask two questions in the gospels according to Matthew, Mark and Luke, that if answered correctly will remove any doubt as to success outside of Christ.

Mat 16:26 KJV For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?

Mar 8:36-37 KJV For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?  (37) Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?

Luk 9:25 KJV For what is a man advantaged, if he gain the whole world, and lose himself, or be cast away?

It is time to stop believing that the people of the world are prospering while the children of God are living in defeat. The children of God have true success in Christ Jesus, however far too many are failing to show the evidence of our success. Gods’ greatest desire is for His children to walk in health and prosper and it give Him great joy to know that we walk in the knowledge of this truth.

3Jn 1:2 KJV Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.

3Jn 1:3 KJV For I rejoiced greatly, when the brethren came and testified of the truth that is in thee, even as thou walkest in the truth.

The word of God tells us that God is not a respecter of persons and that He loves the just and the unjust not because of what they do but because of who He is and what Jesus has done.

Mat 5:45 KJV That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.

Physical, financial, and emotional prosperity is available to the just and the unjust, the saved and the lost, through the laws of success spoken of in the written Word of God. Since the success principles are laws empowered by God, they work for anyone and everyone both the good and the evil.

This is a good place to take note of how Gods’ law work. Gods’ laws work all the time and every time, for everyone the same way. This is true of both the physical and spiritual laws. The laws of God work for the good, bad, young, old, educated, uneducated, wise men, fools, religious and atheist. God designed His laws so that no one would ever accuse Him of being a respecter of persons, prospering one and cursing another.

1Pe 1:17 KJV And if ye call on the Father, who without respect of persons judgeth according to every man’s work, pass the time of your sojourning here in fear:

Deu 10:17 KJV For the LORD your God is God of gods, and Lord of lords, a great God, a mighty, and a terrible, which regardeth not persons, nor taketh reward:

Rom 2:11 KJV For there is no respect of persons with God.

Col 3:23-25 KJV And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men; (24) Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ. (25) But he that doeth wrong shall receive for the wrong which he hath done: and there is no respect of persons.

This being true that God is no respecter of person, we can ask the question why is it that some prosper and some are so terribly poor. This is address in the scriptures and once studied and learned takes all excuses away from any person.

Hos 4:6 KJV My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.

1Co 15:34 AMP Awake [from your drunken stupor and return] to sober sense and your right minds, and sin no more. For some of you have not the knowledge of God [you are utterly and willfully and disgracefully ignorant, and continue to be so, lacking the sense of God’s presence and all true knowledge of Him]. I say this to your shame.

In Hosea we see that God’s people are destroyed because they rejected knowledge and in First Corinthians we see that there are those that are willfully ignorant of the knowledge of God. While Second Peter says that we can have all the exceeding great and precious promises of God and become a partaker of Gods’ own Divine Nature through the knowledge of Him and of the anointed Word of God.

(2Pe 1:2 AMP)May grace (God’s favor) and peace (which is perfect well-being, all necessary good, all spiritual prosperity, and freedom from fears and agitating passions and moral conflicts) be multiplied to you in [the full, personal, precise, and correct] knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord.

(2Pe 1:3 AMP)For His divine power has bestowed upon us all things that [are requisite and suited] to life and godliness, through the [full, personal] knowledge of Him Who called us by and to His own glory and excellence (virtue).

             (2Pe 1:4 AMP)

By means of these He has bestowed on us His precious and exceedingly great promises, so that through them you may escape [by flight] from the moral decay (rottenness and corruption) that is in the world because of covetousness (lust and greed), and become sharers (partakers) of the divine nature.

Our Heavenly Father desires for us to grow in the knowledge of Him and of the Lord Jesus so that we will no longer be children but adults believing and speaking the word of righteousness.

Heb 5:13-14 AMP

(13) For everyone who continues to feed on milk is obviously inexperienced and unskilled in the doctrine of righteousness (of conformity to the divine will in purpose, thought, and action), for he is a mere infant [not able to talk yet]!

(14) But solid food is for full-grown men, for those whose senses and mental faculties are trained by practice to discriminate and distinguish between what is morally good and noble and what is evil and contrary either to divine or human law.

Since you have Jesus you are successful, you are not trying to become successful you are successful. In Part 2 of our study we will learn how the Holy Spirit gives us a revelation of our success in Christ Jesus.
