CLASS FORMAT

The class will be taught on video taped lessons which will be available to you twenty-four (24) hours, seven (7) days per week on the internet. This class will be taught through twenty (20) hours of video taped lessons. Each of the twenty (20) lessons will be approximately fifty-five (55) minute durations. There will be homework assignments, written assignments, response papers*, a mid term exam and final examination.

CLASS DESCRIPTION

The class will be an in depth study of “Biblical Hope” as it is revealed in the bible.There will be emphasis
placed on the importance of Hope in God’s plan for the believer to live “by faith.” The scriptures will be studied to
understand when hope is, where hope is and how to stand in hope until the hope is manifested through faith. By
the end of the twenty weeks the student should be able to explain, the necessity for hope, natural hope or
biblical hope and how God created and equipped man to rest in hope, knowing the Lord is our Hope.

CLASS OBJECTIVE

The class objective is to learn, with the intention of teaching, biblical hope as it is defined and explained in the
Word of God according to:

2Ti 2:15 AMP Study and be eager and do your utmost to present yourself to God approved
(tested by trial), a workman who has no cause to be ashamed, correctly analyzing and
accurately dividing [rightly handling and
skillfully teaching] the Word of Truth.

Romans 15:13 AMPMay the God of your hope so fill you with all joy and peace in believing
[through the experience of your faith] that bythe power of the Holy Spirit you may abound and be
overflowing
(bubbling over) with hope.

Jeremiah 17:7 AMP [Most] blessed is the man who believes in, trusts in, and relies on the Lord,
and
whose hope and confidence the Lord is.

CLASS GUIDELINES

Each class video should be viewed and reviewed and the scriptural references studied until the scriptures are
clearly understood.

COURSE REQUIREMENTS

Successfully complete all reading assignments, written assignments and both the
midterm and final examinations .
