“It is Finished”
Isa 46:9-10 NLT 9 Remember the things I have done in the past. For I alone am God!I am God, and there is none like Me. 10 Only I can tell you the future before it even happens Everything I plan will come to pass, for I do whatever I wish.
God spoke the end of time before He started time and He spoke the end of things before He created any thing. God spoke what He wanted in Revelations before He said “Light Be.” To say it another way God finished everything before He started anything.
When Jesus said “It is finished,” God started everything He desired in Genesis. Mankind was now in a position to bear fruit, to “Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth with God’s Glory,” bringing everything on Earth under the subjection and domination of the Word of God.
Gen 1:27-28 KJV So God created man in his [own] image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. 28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.
God’s plan was and is for man to rule on earth by sowing His Word and reaping a harvest of blessings that would glorify Him through His Word. Jesus came and finished the work of God so we could begin to walk in the blessing of Genesis 1:28 “And God blessed them”
Now that Jesus has finished, we can start to bring to God the glory He deserves by looking unto Jesus. Today we look to Jesus when we look to the Word of God both, written and spoken. In this booklet we will experience the Love of God as we bring glory to God through His system of Sowing and Reaping by faith. We will use God’s system and begin to reap the harvest of blessings as we sow the seeds of blessing which are God’s words. So let’s start at the finish and journey to the beginning.
Heb 12:1-3 KJV 1 Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset [us], and let us run with patience the race that is set before us 2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of [our] faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God. 3 For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds.
What are the weights spoken of in Hebrews chapter twelve verse one? This scripture addresses one of Satan’s greatest deceptions which he uses to keep the members of the body of Christ sick, depressed, heavy burdened, poor, and sin conscious. Satan burdens the body of Christ with the weight of religion and religious laws. The Holy Spirit through the Apostle Paul addresses the weights of religion in the Epistle to the Galatians. In Galatians Paul, says no one adds to a covenant even if it is only a covenant between men.
Gal 3:15 GNB My friends, I am going to use an everyday example: when two people agree on a matter and sign an agreement, no one can break it or add anything to it.
